Baseball Prospectus Give the Royals a 4.1% Chance of Making the Playoffs

Contrary to Sam Mellinger's piece in the KC Star, winning a few more games than usual does not make this Royals season a success.  This isn't rec-league softball where the goal is just getting out there and having a good time.  It's Major League Baseball.  And so, yes, the relevant metric is: Are the Royals going to make the playoffs?
